I need to lose weight fast!!! How can i do this?

I realize that anything that happens fast can be quickly put back on but i need the best help i can get.

One think i am doing is switching my bc because this one has given me so many cravings and left me so tired and bloated all the time. Therefore i haven’t forced myself to do the gym and I’ve gained weight too. I’m not overwieght but I was sooooo much happier before. I am almost 5′ 6″ and fluctuate weight at about 120 – 125 now. I used to stand at about 115 -118 at my absolute highest and I was in tip top shape. A few pounds made a huge difference on me.

I need help mostly in my stomach area and thighs. But how can i drop the pounds quickly… like within 3-4 weeks.
